1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

• Withdrawal processing times are estimated and not guaranteed. While phbet25 endeavors to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 to 30 minutes, actual processing times may vary due to third-party payment provider delays, verification requirements, or technical issues.
• phbet25 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Any deposits made in error are not automatically refundable. You must contact phbet25 customer support promptly if you believe a deposit was made in error.

phbet25 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and to suspend or freeze accounts pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phbet25 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phbet25 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform ("Content"), is the exclusive property of phbet25 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content without prior written permission from phbet25.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar automated data gathering tools on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

phbet25's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phbet25 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

phbet25 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to pass identity verification (KYC) checks within the required timeframe.
• A request by the account holder to self-exclude under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements having been satisfied. phbet25 reserves the right to withhold funds where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or breach of these Terms pending investigation.
